Fundraiser for the Doki Bukit Bintang Project, a Billboard project, has started

Doki Bukit Bintang Project, a Malaysian fan billboard project, has announced that they launched a crowdfunding campaign.
The Doki Bukit Bintang Project is a fan project that aims to place billboard advertisement on the digital signage in front of Bukit Bintang station for the appearance of Dokibird in AniManGaki 2024, a Malaysian anime convention.

About the Billboard Fundraiser

Doki Bukit Bintang Project is a team mainly made up of Malaysian Dragoons, and they are planning to run a fan billboard to welcome Dokibird to the Malaysian convention. They are seeking support through the fundraiser to raise the necessary funds for the cost.
Location: In front of Bangunan Yayasan Selangor, Bukit Bintang MRT Station
Dates: Thursday, August 22 and Friday, August 23, 2024
Airing Time: TBC (Optimize timing when the street is busy, and off-panel hours so fans can see, afternoon to night time)
Fundraising Goal: 900 MYR (200 USD) *to fund for one hour
Fundraising Duration: July 27, 2024 to August 17, 2024

About Donation Tiers

Names of the donor will be displayed in the advertisement. The display will be based on the tier of the amount of donation.

Donations can be made via Ko-fi and Touch 'n Go.
For the Touch 'n Go QR code, it can be obtained via their Twitter DM.

If the funding exceeds the goal, they will consider increasing the posting time for every 150 MYR. If the amount does not reach the target above, the money will be used to send a Super Chat to Doki to report about the billboard.

How billboard ad slots work

The ad slot is offered at 150 MYR per 10 minutes, and their ad will be displayed several times during that slot.
The video will be displayed along with other ads in the same 10-minute ad slot (their ad, ad A, ad B, then loop again from the beginning).
On average, the video is displayed 4-8 times in the ad slot (24-32 times per day).
The ad will run one hour in total (6 ad slots) each day to allow for flexibility in visit timing.

As Day 3 of crowdfunding (July 29, 2024), the project reported that it had raised 46.3% of its target.
